Outstanding Payments

Customers with two or more outstanding payments who have not responded to our payment enquiries or provided an update may be restricted from placing new orders until their outstanding payment are resolved.

Preorders & Order Commitment

Most items are preorders and may take time to arrive. Estimated arrival is 2 to 4 weeks from shipping date, Please order only if you are comfortable with the estimated waiting period. Once you commit to an order, please fulfill the required payment and postage arrangements. 

K-seller Transactions

We carefully review a K-seller’s background to reduce the risk of scams. However, third party sellers operate independently, and we cannot guarantee their conduct or eliminate every risk. Refund for any proven scam are subject to availability, approval and circumstances.

Product Condition

Item may contain manufacturing defects, damages or imperfections. Any cancellation due to this wont be entertain. Kindly review product details and consider this before placing order.

Communication & Order Claims

Customers must respond reasonably to messages regarding outstanding payments, order confirmstion and postage arrangements.

Repeatedly making unsupported claims,  cancelling without fulfilling agreed obligations, or failing to respond to important payment enquiries may result in restrictions on future orders.

Agreement & Updates

By placing an order, you acknowledge these terms and the applicable product listing, payment instructions, shipping policy and refund policy.
